What we do
Adrion curates private multi-day journeys and day experiences across Croatia, from its landscapes and historic towns to the Adriatic coast and islands, and arranges private transfers, charters and accommodation, each available to book independently or as part of your journey.
Our collection includes Signature journeys and day programmes shaped by local culture, regional food and time outdoors. A morning on the river, a meal at a local table or a day among the islands offers a different way to get to know Croatia and the people who call it home.
What to expect
We choose routes, local experiences and places to stay with care, paying attention to how each day unfolds. Our programmes combine cultural immersion with comfort, personal service and attention to detail.
You can book a curated programme as presented or request adjustments to suit your interests, travel dates and preferred pace. Additional experiences, nights or onward travel can also be arranged on request.
The name
The name Adrion takes its inspiration from the Adriatic-Ionian region—a part of the Mediterranean shaped by thousands of years of history, maritime tradition and cultural exchange.
The ancient Greek geographer Strabo recorded Adrion as the name of what is today known as Mount Biokovo. Rising above the Adriatic Sea, Biokovo forms the dramatic backdrop to the Makarska Riviera, where the Dinaric Alps meet the Adriatic coast.
Where it began
The Biokovo and Cetina region, in the heart of Central Dalmatia, became the inspiration behind our brand and the setting for some of our first signature experiences. Adrion was founded in Zagreb with a vision to create journeys across the whole of Croatia.
Inspired by the region’s blend of adventure, nature, culture, gastronomy and island life, those early experiences laid the foundation for what has grown into a collection of curated journeys across the entire country.
